3+1 Leadership Development Program

Now imagine doing all of this in only four years. 3+1 is an accelerated program combining three years of undergraduate study in accounting, business administration, human resource management or marketing, with one-year in the College’s distinguished Master of Leadership Development (MLD) program.

Admission Requirements

  • A high school GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • An SAT score of 1100 or higher or an ACT score of 24 or higher
  • Two teacher recommendations [PDF]
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Transfer students need a minimum of 15 credits with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
