Will my credits transfer?

Yes! The SMWC team is prepared to help you build on your educational achievements, and will sit down with you to review your previous course work and life experience to help design a plan to get you finished! We have many options for those who have earned an Associate’s Degree, just taken a year’s worth of classes or just need a few classes to finish!  

We have special agreements with Ivy Tech, Ancilla College, Lake Land College and many others.

Can I transfer as an athlete?

Yes! Many of students transfer to SMWC to take advantage of the Catholic, private liberal arts school experience and play one of our eight sports.

Is financial aid available for transfer students?

Yes! Transfer students may qualify for academic merit as well as honors, athletic, military and legacy scholarships. For Indiana students, SMWC offers 21st Century Scholars, studying on campus and who meet the eligibility requirements, a $20,000 scholarship towards tuition. See Financial Aid availability.

When can I transfer?

At any time! We accept student into the on campus program in the fall and spring semesters. 

Is there housing for on campus transfers?

Yes! Transfer students often live on campus. For the fall of 2015, we are a female-only residential campus, but are expecting to have male housing options for the fall of 2016.
