Saint Joseph’s College students are welcome at The Woods!

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College welcomes you in continuing your Catholic education at The Woods. The SMWC Team will help you transfer credits and complete your degree on campus or online. SMWC empowers students to think critically, engage in lifelong leadership, and effect positive change in a spirit of service and social responsibility.

Founded by Indiana’s Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College has a 177-year legacy as a Catholic college that has embodied a spirit of student-centered academic innovation, faith and leadership. With small class sizes, you get to know your professors and fellow students, both women and men as the College expanded its mission to include men in all programs two years ago.

The Woods is located on a beautiful and majestic campus in west central Indiana and offers 25 majors, delivered both on campus and online. Among the most popular majors are nursing, education, business administration, music therapy and equine.
