3+1 Leadership Development
Want a degree in the business field? At SMWC, our 3+1 program is an accelerated business and leadership curriculum that allows you to earn both a bachelor’s degree and your master’s in Leadership Development (MLD) or master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in just four years! There are a variety of options available for your undergraduate degree in this program:
BSN + MSN in Five Years
If you want to be a nurse and plan on going to graduate school, our accelerated nursing program is right for you. In this fast-track program, you will study three years of undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) curriculum before moving on to two years of Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) programming. That is two nursing degrees in only five years!
Earn Your Ph.D. in three years
Do you already have an MBA? Thanks to the Business Administration concentration in the Ph.D. in Global Leadership program, you can earn your Ph.D. in just three years rather than four. With only two years of curriculum and one year for the dissertation process, you will have your Ph.D. in Global Leadership in no time!
