1. Why did you choose to earn your degree at SMWC?
I was blessed enough to have received the Saint Mother Theodore Guerin (SMTG) Scholarship, which covers all of my tuition cost for the whole four years.
2. Why did you choose your major?
Our equine department is one of 20 in the country, and it has been awesome to prepare for veterinary school while simultaneously getting hands-on horse experience.
3. What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place to hang out is in the hammocks behind Hulman Hall!
4. What is a favorite memory you have from your Woods experience?
One of my favorite memories from my time at The Woods was when I explored the crypts under the church with some of my fellow SMTG Scholars, Tim Tesmer, campus minister at SMWC and one of the Sisters.
5. How do you plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating?
I would love to come back and be a part of the equine program in some way after I graduate from veterinary school.
