PM to BSN
This is a pre-licensure nursing track; students must be willing to attend in-person clinicals in Indiana to be admitted. Students would be required to earn at least a 58 on the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) for admission consideration. In addition, all other nursing undergraduate admission criteria would be parallel to the traditional campus program, grade point average of 2.5, including vaccination requirements, criminal background check, and drug screen.

- Certified Background Check AI36– AI36 is for all Indiana students (living in-state at the time of background check) who need a background check for a clinical experience.
- Certified Background Check AI36re– AI36re is for students who have had an initial background check through certified background that has expired and they need a re-check.
- Certified Background Check AI36ink– AI36ink is for out of state students who need a background check.
- Certified Background Check AI36fpink– AI36fpink is for out of state students who need the finger printing portion of the background check only.
- 3.0 undergraduate G.P.A. or 2.5 G.P.A. with five years of applicable full time experience.
- Test Scores of:
- CASA passing scores of 220 each in Reading, Math and Writing or
- SAT score of 1100 combined (Critical Reading + Math) or
- ACT composite score of 24 (Math, Reading, Grammar, Science) or
- GRE Score (Verbal + Quantitative) of 1100 if before 8/1/11 or 310 if after 8/1/11 or
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution

Add on to Teaching License
