G.O.L.D.E.N. Oak Award
The G.O.L.D.E.N. Oak Award, established in 2020, recognizes a Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Graduate of the Last Decade Engaging Now. The award celebrates professional achievement, continued service and outstanding personal characteristics.
Recipients will be selected by a committee comprised of select Alumni Association Board of Directors and select College faculty and staff, led by the Director of Alumni Relations. The selection committee will select a recipient based on the following:
- Recipient must be a graduate of the College; and
- Recipient has made significant or distinct contribution to an organization, business or cause since graduation from the College; and
- Recipient actively participates in business, community or College organized events/activities and/or gives back in the form of service and/or philanthropy; and
- Recipient exhibits admirable personal qualities and development, as seen through some or all of the following: proven leadership skills or qualities, passion for interests, demonstrated integrity and ethical decision-making, and commitment of time, experience and/or recurring involvement with volunteer, nonprofit or outreach work.
Nominations will be accepted from alumni and friends of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
Nominations are due by January 15.
Incomplete nomination forms will not be accepted for consideration.
