During the first cohort of the Wabash Valley Leadership Institute, members had the opportunity to hear from keynote speaker, Richie Parker (front center) who works as a body and chassis component designer for the four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams of Hendrick Motorsports. The Beaufort, S.C., native believes in taking responsibility for your life and career, and never giving up until you reach your goals.
