Every fall, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College welcomes alumni, parents and friends to campus for fellowship. Registration is now open for Homecoming 2024 on Saturday, October 5. The day will include various activities for alumni, students and their families to enjoy. “Homecoming is a great opportunity for our alums to come home, see the students’ energy and witness how the College continues its legacy. We’re very excited for the day!” shared Sarah Stultz Mahady ’05, director of alumni relations.
The perfect weekend for everyone to show their Pomeroy Pride will be filled with activities for attendees, including social gatherings and athletic competitions. Homecoming day will have several offerings, including the homecoming tent, which will be filled with complimentary snacks and refreshments. In addition to Homecoming activities, there will be an alumni softball game and the SMWC equestrian teams will compete in the morning. The day will conclude with the SMWC sprint football team hosting Oakland City University at 3 p.m. at Jay Barrett Field at West Vigo High School. Registration can be done in advance with several packages available or the day of Homecoming.
