The SMWC COVID-19 Task Force continues to work on behalf of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College to provide information to its constituents about how the institution is handling the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
This afternoon we learned of Governor Eric Holcomb’s announcement asking for non-essential gatherings in the state of Indiana to be limited to 250 individuals or less. Also, we learned that the venue is no longer available. Together with our commitment to the health and wellness of the Woods community including the Sister of Providence, the College is postponing the Ring Ceremony, originally scheduled for March 21. Additional details will be provided at a later date.
