Each fall, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College welcomes alumni, parents and friends to campus to enjoy fellowship and support students. Registration is now open for Homecoming 2023, which will occur on October 7. The day will include various activities for students and their families to enjoy. “Homecoming is the perfect opportunity for our alums to come home and see the students’ energy and witness how the College is continuing its legacy. We’re very excited for our Woods family to enjoy the day!” shared Sarah Stultz Mahady ’05, director of alumni relations.
This year’s Homecoming theme is Pomeroy Pride. The day will have various offerings for attendees, including the homecoming tent, which will be filled with complimentary snacks, refreshments and a cash bar. Registration packages can be purchased in advance. Along with the homecoming tent and other activities, including the Alumni Softball Game and a caricature artist, the equestrian teams will compete in the morning, and the sprint football team will host Bellarmine University at 4 p.m. at Jay Barrett Field at West Vigo High School.
