Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) honored eight students during the International Ring Ceremony. Traveling abroad can be overwhelming but also rewarding. A treasured tradition at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, the International Ring Ceremony honors any student, faculty or staff member who has spent time studying abroad.
The ring serves as a reminder of the life-changing experiences they had in a foreign land. For international students, it is a ring that represents the culmination of the journey at The Woods and life in America. For students who have traveled abroad to other countries, the international ring serves as a reminder of the culture they experienced while earning their degree at The Woods.

The International Ring Ceremony takes place every spring. This year’s honorees were:
Jessica Cornelius
Sara Eltabib
Andrej Linder
Shelly Meyer
Detra Mills
Jacyln Nevis
Traci Orman
Christy Pearison
Rob Williford
Cole Worley
