1. Why did you choose to earn your degree at SMWC?
I chose SMWC because the campus felt like home to me. Getting to campus involves navigating curvy roads and wooden pathways, just like the journey home.
2. Why did you choose your major?
I chose nursing due to my passion to care for others. I believe that everyone’s life is worth my time.
3. What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the nursing lab!
4. What have you been involved in (student clubs/organizations, athletic teams, etc.) during your time at The Woods?
I have been a part of Student Nurses Association (SNA) for all four years and am running for secretary this year. I was also on the SMWC softball team for my first two years of college.
5. What is your favorite memory you have from your Woods experience?
Ring Day was a one-in-a-million experience. I will hold that day close to my heart forever.
6. How do you plan to stay connected to SMWC after graduating?
I plan to continue my education to get my master’s in nursing at SMWC after I graduate.
