I chose SMWC because I love being out in The Woods. I love the small class sizes as well, and professors really connect with you here.
2. Why did you choose your major?
I chose my major because I’ve always wanted to work in the law enforcement field. I also chose addictions counseling because I used to work with addicts, and I want to be able to help them.

My favorite place is the Student Counseling and Wellness Center. The staff in the center have helped me through a lot.
4. What have you been involved in (student clubs/organizations, athletic teams, etc.) during your time at The Woods?
I’ve been on the SMWC Dance Team, served as president of SFLC (Sophomore Freshman Leadership Council) and treasurer for the psychology club. I’ve also worked at the front desk of Le Fer Hall.

Meeting my friends. We have stayed strong since freshman year.
